By booking coaching services, programmes, or memberships, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Coach Success by Nadia LTD provides:

  • 1:1 career coaching

  • Career coaching programmes

  • Membership services

  • Professional development support

3. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is intended for personal and professional development purposes only and does not constitute therapy, counselling, legal advice, or financial advice.

Results are dependent on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. No specific outcomes or guarantees are provided.

4. Bookings and Payments

Payments are made via invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Coaching sessions or programmes may be suspended if payment is not received.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Coach Success by Nadia LTD reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances.

6. Membership Services

Membership access is provided subject to payment and compliance with these Terms.

Membership content is for personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.

Coach Success by Nadia LTD reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership services with reasonable notice.

7. Confidentiality

All coaching discussions are treated confidentially unless disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, coaching materials, templates, downloads, and programme content remain the intellectual property of Coach Success by Nadia LTD unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coach Success by Nadia LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from coaching services or website use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so under UK law.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with website functionality.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
