The framework is inspired by professional career counselling models I trained in through Career Counselling Services, while keeping my own approach warm, client-led, and organic.
The 5 stages include:
Contracting – We explore where you are now, what support you need, and what you want to gain from coaching. How we work together and lay the ground rules.
Exploring – Together we look at your experiences, strengths, values, interests, and the challenges you may be facing.
Clarifying – We identify patterns, create direction, and build clarity around what feels aligned and realistic for you.
Visioning – This stage focuses on future possibilities, confidence-building, and helping you reconnect with what you truly want from your career and life. Essentially to bring it to life!
Resourcing Action – We turn insight into action with practical next steps, strategies, accountability, and support moving forward.
The process is collaborative and tailored to you — there is no pressure to have everything figured out before we begin.
