I am passionate about working with those who are feeling a bit stuck, or have perhaps fallen out of love with work and not sure what their next move is.

We will never be 100% happy at work but i truly believe we need to get as close to that as possible, this is what we will work on.

Using a 5 stage process we will work closely to encourage conversation and reach an organic way to answer any questions or hesitations you may have. This will then be followed by a structured plan for next steps with plenty of support.

We spend 90,000 hours at work, we may as well try and enjoy it!

PROCESS

  • Contracting

    We explore where you are now, what support you need, and what you want to gain from coaching. How we work together and lay the ground rules.

  • Exploring

    Together we look at your experiences, strengths, values, interests, and the challenges you may be facing. This will include homework so we can really getto the good stuff.

  • Refine

    The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.
